  • Tube Plates : Pre-galvanised sheet steel
  • Tubes : Seamless Copper
  • Fibs : Aluminium
  • Headers : Copper
  • Fans : High efficiency cowls with high collar, EC Fans with wings in die-casting Aluminium, Fan grids in steel painted in epoxypolyester RAL 9005, Fans with external rotor IP54, insulation class F.
  • Connections Flanges : PN/DIN, ASME etc
  • Finish : Power Coated

 

Other casing materials available include stainless steel and aluminium. For corrosive atmospheres heat exchanger fins can be supplied in aluminium/magnesium alloy, copper, tinned copper or stainless steel, and vinyl coatings are available. Exacting quality standards are applied during design and manufacture with BS, European and ASME requirements catered for.
